Half Dolls These are painted half dolls for your own creation. Each half doll receives a minimum of 3-4 firings. You may specify colours for hair and clothing. Also let me know your preference for glazed (shiny) or matte finish. Most of the ones shown have glaze on clothes and are left matte for flesh areas. I can add floral decals, hand painted flowers and or hand made porcelain roses. Send me an email and I will quote you a price for any additions or customizations you may want. Skye- 5.25" Large striking half doll which I believe was originally made in the likeness of Jenny Lind as she certainly has that hair style. When my favourite tea cup developed a hairline crack, I couldn't bare to throw it out, so made it into a teacup pincushion with a half doll. The handle works great for a scissor holder and the saucer holds a variety of things. Now I can still enjoy the teacup.
